Natalie has worked with creative industries across digital, marketing and advertising roles for in-house and agency clients, recruiting candidates for over 20 years. Leading agency operations at Big Fish, Natalie went on to offer freelance talent acquisition services for clients working in technology across Europe, before joining 383 to head up the recruitment program and launch an employer value proposition to the market. Launching Iris, Natalie wants to help businesses build extraordinary product teams.
