Online panel | Women in product

With women making up less than 20% of the tech workforce, it's clear that our industry has work to do on representation and diversity.

The gap is even more visible in engineering, where just 11% of workers are women, and only 5% from black or Hispanic backgrounds. And 28% of women leaving tech jobs blame a lack of career growth. So, how can we make sure women have a voice in the digital product sector, and that we are supporting them to reach their full potential?

We're teaming up with Canvas and Productboard to chat to product leaders about how we address the gender gap in tech, empower and support women in product roles, and inspire the next generation of talent.

Join us online from 10am on Wednesday 8 March for a morning of panel discussion on improving diversity, removing barriers to entry, and helping women in product to thrive.
